Former boxing world champion Alesia Graf has passed away at the age of 43, leaving the boxing community in mourning. The cause of her death has not been publicly disclosed.

The announcement of Graf’s untimely death was made on March 25, 2024, sending shockwaves through the boxing world.
Regina Halmich, Graf’s longtime companion and fellow boxer, expressed her shock and grief on Instagram, describing Graf not only as a training partner and world champion but also as a dear friend.
“You were not only a training partner and world champion, but also a friend. 43 years – far too young to go,” Halmich wrote in her tribute.

Born in Gomel, Belarus, in 1980, Graf later became a German citizen in 2008.
Throughout her career, she achieved significant success, with her crowning achievement being the WIBF (Women’s International Boxing Federation) world title.
