Todd’s contributions to Western Australian football are unparalleled, with a career marked by remarkable achievements both as a player and coach.

A Sandover Medallist at just 17, Todd’s illustrious playing career included three best-and-fairest awards at South Fremantle, 13 games for WA, and an All-Australian selection in 1961.

As a coach, Todd left an indelible mark on the sport, guiding the West Coast Eagles in their formative years in 1988 and 1989.

He also enjoyed immense success in the WAFL, leading East Fremantle, Swan Districts, and South Fremantle to a combined six premierships.

Todd’s coaching prowess extended beyond club football, with stints coaching WA and Australia in International Rules Tests.
