Floyd McKay Cause Of Death, Who Are Floyd McKay’s Wife And Children?

Floyd McKay, a well-known journalist, news analyst, and documentary filmmaker, died at the age of 86.

McKay’s son-in-law, Ted Wolf, confirmed McKay’s death on the Seattle website Post Ally. According to Wolf, McKay died on March 4 while surrounded by his family and receiving Hospice care.

“Friends, it is with sadness that I inform you that Floyd died away last Friday at the age of 86,” Wolf said. He was at his Bellingham home, surrounded by three generations of family, with his beloved wife Dixie by his side and Whatcom Hospice providing comfort. Floyd left us in the dignified manner that he desired.

McKay spent three decades as a print and television journalist in Oregon. “Reporting the Oregon Story: How Activists and Visionaries Transformed a State,” released by Oregon State University Press in 2016, highlighted some of the important events and stories McKay covered.

It appears that Floyd Mckay was married to his wife Dixie. However, the number of children he had during his marriage is undisclosed.
