Martin Frizell is the husband of Fiona Phillips a British television presenter and journalist. The happy couple met at GMTV, where they both worked.

Martin proposed after only four weeks, and it was love at first sight for the couple. Although she had never wanted to get married Martin Frizell proposed to her after just four weeks of dating.
She said in an interview with the Daily Mail that her reaction was, “‘Why would I want to do that? My dad always joked, “Don’t do what I’ve done, get married and have children.” He was a free spirit and I’m very like him.’”

They eventually married in Las Vegas in 1997. Speaking of her marriage, Fiona explained, “I just don’t believe in being tied legally to someone.
They have two children Nathaniel, 24, and Mackenzie, 21. Martin, her spouse, is a successful journalist, TV producer, and editor. Martin began his career as a researcher for the BBC after graduating from Edinburgh Napier University with a journalism degree.
He spent eleven years at GMTV before moving on to GolinHarris a public relations firm and Loose Women. Martin was hired as the editor of ITV’s popular breakfast show This Morning in 2016.
