Filmfare Awards 2024: Full Winners List

The 69th Filmfare Awards, which took place on January 28th, 2024, celebrated the finest achievements in Indian cinema over the past year.

Among the standout moments were the dominance of “12th Fail,” which clinched the coveted titles of Best Film and Best Director, awarded to Vidhu Vinod Chopra.

The acting categories saw stellar performances honored, with Ranbir Kapoor (Animal) and Alia Bhatt (Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani) emerging as the leading actors.

Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal (Dunki) and Shabana Azmi (Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani) impressed in their supporting roles, earning well-deserved recognition.

Critics also had their say, with “Joram” by Devashish Makhija securing Best Film (Critics’). Vikrant Massey (12th Fail) and Rani Mukerji (Mrs Chatterjee Vs Norway) received praise for their compelling performances from the discerning eyes of critics.

In addition to these major wins, the awards also celebrated musical talents. Pritam was honored as Best Music Director for the diverse soundtrack of “Animal,” while Amit Trivedi’s lyrical prowess shone through with the Best Lyricist award for Jawan’s title track.

Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal captivated audiences with their soulful vocals, earning them the titles of Best Playback Singer (Male & Female) for their contributions to “Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani.”
