Federica Brignone does not have any children yet. She is currently engaged and also focusing on her career.

At the 2018 Winter Olympics in PyeongChang, South Korea, Brignone won her first medal, the bronze in the giant slalom.

She competes in all alpine disciplines, with a focus on giant slalom and super-G. She won the World Cup overall title in 2020, becoming the first female Italian to achieve this feat.

Brigone won the silver medal in the Women’s giant slalom and the bronze medal in the Women’s combined at the 2020 Winter Olympics in Beijing.
Through March 2022, Brigone has 20 World Cup victories and 49 podiums, with 26 in giant slalom, 13 in super-G, 4 in downhill and 6 in combined.
