Fans React to Wizkid’s Heavy Don Jazzy Shade

Nigerian singer, Wizkid, has caused a buzz online with the ‘hot’ shade that he threw at fellow singer, Donjazzy. Wizkid recently went on a wild ride on Twitter, throwing shades at some artists including Davido, Ladipo, and Donjazzy.

Speaking about Donjazzy, Wizkid tackled him and referred to the Mavin Record boss as an ‘influencer’. The drama started after a fan pleaded with him also to tackle singer Ladipo via his X account

“Wizkid Ladipo still talked nonsense yesterday o, Abeg entered that one too,” the fan said. Wizkid in his response noted that he has no business with anyone (Ladipo) who’s signed to an influencer (Donjazzy).

In the post, Ladipoe noted that the same Wizkid did to Nigerian rappers with his comment, “Hip-Hop” is dead, is the same thing he is doing to Afrobeats artists. This comment was used to prompt Wizkid’s reaction, where he referred to Don Jazzy as an influencer and said he wouldn’t waste his time talking to artists like Ladipoe, who are signed to Don J’s label.
