Ayodeji Ibrahim Balogun popularly known as Wizkid is a Nigerian musician and a songwriter. He was born on July 16, 1990, in Lagos. He began his music career at age 11 when he joined his church choir.

Wizkid signed a record deal with Empire Mates Entertainment and rose to fame when he released his single, Holla At Your Boy.
