The victim, identified as Sergeant Frempah Bismark, met his untimely demise in a crash involving his motorbike, as depicted in photos shared on social media platforms.

Reports from Mynewsgh.com indicated that Sergeant Frempah Bismark had previously served as a police escort for former President John Agyekum Kufuor, highlighting the experience and dedication he brought to his role.

The tragic incident occurred on the evening of Thursday, May 30, when Sergeant Bismark reportedly collided with a vehicle, resulting in his immediate passing.

According to accounts from @Eddie_wrt, a handle on social media, adverse weather conditions, characterized by strong winds and dust, may have contributed to the accident.

Reduced visibility due to the weather conditions allegedly led to Sergeant Bismark losing control of his motorcycle, culminating in the collision.

While the exact location of the incident remains unconfirmed, it is reported that Shatta Wale’s convoy, which Sergeant Bismark was escorting, was en route from Accra to Bolgatanga.

The purpose of the journey was purportedly for Shatta Wale to perform at a scheduled concert.
