The Eurovision Song Contest 2023 will be the 67th edition of the competition.

It will be held in Liverpool, United Kingdom, after Ukraine, the winner of the 2022 competition with the song “Stefania” by Kalush Orchestra, was unable to meet the demands of hosting the event due to security concerns caused by Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
Thirty-seven countries will compete, with Bulgaria, Montenegro, and North Macedonia withdrawing due to the economic impact of the global energy crisis in 2021-2023.
Eurovision Song Contest 2023 Live Date
The contest will be held at the Liverpool Arena and organised by the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and host broadcaster the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) on behalf of the Public Broadcasting Company of Ukraine (UA: PBC).

It will consist of two semi-finals on May 9 and 11, and a final on May 13, 2023. Alesha Dixon, a British singer, will host the three live shows.

All three live shows will start at 21:00 CEST. The Eurovision Song Contest final will air on BBC One and BBC iPlayer on Saturday, May 13 at 8 p.m.
