Eric Lindros Parents: Meet Bonnie Lindros, Carl Lindros

Eric Lindros is the oldest son of Carl Lindros and Bonnie Roszell-Lindros. His father Carl Lindros received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario.

At the University of Western Ontario, Carl Lindros played football and was drafted 30th overall by the Canadian Football League’s Edmonton Eskimos in the 1970 CFL College Draft. He later became a chartered accountant.

Eric Lindros’s mother Bonnie is a registered nurse. Lindros has one brother, Brett, and one sister, Robin. Eric Bryan Lindros was born on February 28, 1973, in London, Canada.

Eric Lindros played junior hockey in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) for the Oshawa Generals prior to being chosen first overall in the 1991 NHL Entry Draft by the Quebec Nordiques.

Eric Lindros is Canada’s all-time leader in points at the World Junior Championships with 31 points. In 2016, Eric Lindros was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame, and in 2017 he was named one of the “100 Greatest NHL Players” in history.
