Eldhose Paul is a triple jumper from Kerala who competes for India. He’s 25 years old and at the height of his profession. He has become one of the best track athletes in India thanks to his accomplishments at several domestic competitions in 2022, and he is now a serious medal contender at the next Asian and Commonwealth Games. At those events, there’s little doubt that the entire country will be supporting him.

EIdhose Paul, an Indian triple jumper, is the first Indian athlete to qualify for the men’s triple jump World Athletics Championships finals with a leap of 16.68 meters in the existing competition. At Mar Athanasius College’s sports hostel, Paul had his initial training in triple long jump and athletics from former national jumps coach TP Ouseph.
He later enlisted in the Indian Navy in 2016. Additionally, he received instruction from Couch Harikrishnan at the Sports Authority of India (SAI).
