“With Tuesday’s by-election looming, it’s imperative that we unite and campaign tirelessly to secure victory for Lawyer Boateng,” he declared.

Underscoring the importance of the impending by-election in parliamentary matters, Chairman Odeneho urged all party members to unite their resources and efforts in securing an NPP victory.

Yet, he warned against using provocative language that might jeopardize the party’s prospects in the election.

The by-election was prompted by the unexpected demise of John Kumah, the NPP Member of Parliament for Ejisu, who also held the position of Deputy Finance Minister.
