Playboy Production executive, Edward L. Rissien has been reported dead. His net worth at the time of death is not known, however, it is believed that he was worth around $1 million at the time of death. He died at the age of 98 due to natural causes.

Considering that he produced quite a good number of movies and served as an integral figure in Playboy Productions, it is believed that he was able to rake in such a great amount of wealth over the years.

Rissien remained at Playboy Productions for 16 years and eventually became the President in charge of overseeing television movies, specials, and pilots.
He established Harry Belafonte’s film production company, HarBel Productions in 1959, and acquired the rights to Odds Against Tomorrow. He also contributed to several movies and tv shows including The Beverly Hillbillies, Green Acres, Castle Keep, Snow Job, Saint Jack, The Crazy World of Julius Vrooder, and more.
