Eduardo Camavinga was born to his parents Celestino Camavinga and Sofia Camavinga.

His parents hail from Congo and were refugees in Angola, where Eduardo was born. They later moved to France.
The couple are blessed with five other children aside from Eduardo.

Eduardo Camavinga is a midfielder for the La Liga club Real Madrid, as well as the France national team.
Born on November 10, 2002, to Congolese parents, right in a refugee camp in Cabinda, Angola.

His family had experienced so much hardship to the extent that they lost their house to an arson incident, a situation that motivated Camavinga to opt for a career in football.

At age 11, Camavinga joined Rennes’ youth team and signed his first professional contract when he turned 16, making him the youngest ever professional to be signed by the club.
At age 17, Camavinga received a French citizenship and began to represent the France under-21 team.
At age 19, Camavinga signed a 6-year contract with Real Madrid, which will expire in June 2027.
As a player, Camavinga has won a few awards including the UNFP Ligue 1 Player of the Month, in August 2019; and the IFFHS Men’s Youth (U20) World Team, in 2020, and 2021.
