Ed Flanagan wife: Who is Tina Reed Flanagan?

Tina Reed Flanagan was the wife of Ed Flanagan an American football centre who played in the National Football League (NFL).

The couple were married for over 50 years. They were the parents of three children: two sons, Edward Jr. and Michael, and a daughter, Mary.

Tina Flanagan spent the majority of her married life as a stay-at-home mum. She was a loving wife and mother who was always supportive of her husband’s career.

Their daughter Mary works as a teacher, Michael as a doctor, and Edward Jr. works as a lawyer. Each of the three children is successful in their own right.

Ed Flanagan passed away on May 10 at the age of 79 after being hospitalized in Altoona with heart problems on May 8, 2023.

Ed Flanagan was a Purdue Boilermaker in college before going on to play in the NFL for the Detroit Lions from 1965 to 1974 and the San Diego Chargers from 1975 to 1976.

Ed retired after two seasons with the San Diego Chargers.  As of 2013, he was an assistant coach with the Cedar Rapids Titans of the Indoor Football League.
