Dave Hebner was an American professional wrestling authority figure, promoter, road agent and referee. He was the twin brother of Earl Hebner.

Dave began refereeing in the late 1970s around the area. He was a fan of the likes of George Becker, Johnny Weaver, Ole and Gene Anderson, and Anthonio Rocca and began by helping to set the ring.

After retiring as a referee, Hebner debuted in Total Non-stop Action Wrestling on the December 17, 2005, episode of TNA Impact!, appearing on the state during a match between Team 3D and The Diamonds in the Rough. Hebner later became the manager of The Lumberjacks of MMWA Wrestling from 2012 to 2022.
He died on June 17 at the age of 73.
