Popular singer, Dusty Hill’s real cause of death was not revealed immediately after his death. However, a close source revealed that he died from several health complications which includes a particular type of ulcer. It was also reported that he had injured his hip and shoulder. His wife also disclosed that he had acute bursitis.

In view of that, the close source also added that Dusty Hill asked for his tour to be postponed because of his health issues. In 2000, his band ZZ Top also canceled a tour in Europe because he was reportedly diagnosed with Hepatitis C.
