She revealed that she was diagnosed in 2020 with adenomyosis, which occurs when the tissue that lines the uterus grows into its walls. “What I’m dealing with as a woman, as a mother … this is serious for me,” said the 35-year-old mom of three.

Adenomyosis symptoms can be uncomfortable, including acute cramping or “sharp, knifelike pelvic pain during menstruation,” copious bleeding, and painful intercourse, according to the Mayo Clinic.

Drew Sidora gained recognition for her portrayal of Chanté in the film “Step Up” (2006), where she showcased her dancing and acting skills alongside co-stars Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan. She has also appeared in other films, including “White Chicks” (2004) and “Never Die Alone” (2004).

Outside of acting, Sidora has pursued a career in music. She released an album titled “Drew Sidora” in 2006, which featured the single “For the Love.” Sidora has showcased her singing talents in various projects, including musical theater productions.

In recent years, Drew Sidora has gained attention for her appearances in reality TV shows. She joined the cast of the reality series “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” in its thirteenth season (2020-2021), where she shared her personal life and experiences with viewers.
