Drew Blythe Barrymore was born on February 22, 1975, in Culver City, California, United States. She was born into a family of actors.  Her father is an American actor John Drew Barrymore while her mother was the aspiring actress Jaid Barrymore (born Ildikó Jaid Makó).

Drew Barrymore was raised at Poinsettia Place in West Hollywood. However, she relocated to Sherman Oaks when she was seven years old. She was three siblings: Jessica Blyth Barrymore, John Blyth Barrymore, and Blyth Dolores Barrymore.

Drew Barrymore broke onto the scene as a child actress following her excellent performance in E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial. Drew Barrymore has starred in several movies including Charlie’s Angels, Never Been Kissed, Poison Ivy, Boys on the Side, Mad Love, Batman Forever, Scream and Ever After, The Wedding Singer, 50 First Dates and Blended.
