Dominic Fike Apple logo: Why does Dominic Fike have an Apple logo on his face?

Dominic Fike, who starred in Euphoria, was cast as Rue and Jules’ buddy Elliot in season two of the HBO series.

His acting and singing abilities drew notice, but so did one of his face tattoos – the iconic Apple logo, inked right below his eye.

While it would be natural to assume that the tattoo was either a tribute to the tech brand or a sarcastic spoof of the logo’s prominence, the tattoo’s message is truly nice.

Whilst Dominic’s narrative to Complex sounds heartwarming, it may not be totally accurate. Dominic and his brother Alex (ALX) informed i-D in late 2021 that the tattoo was done on the spur of the moment.

According to a 2019 interview with Complex, Fike’s apple is a homage to his younger sister, Apollonia. It also “reminds him of what he’s striving towards.”

But, in 2021, he acknowledged that the apple tattoo was not well thought out. “That was so random,” Fike said to i-D.
