Sergej Milinković-Savić is the elder brother of Vanja Milinković-Savić.
Vanja Milinković-Savić is also a professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Serie A club Torino and the Serbia national team.
He was born on February 20, 1997, in Ourense, Spain, the son of Nikola Milinković and Milijana Savić.
Vanja began his football career with the youth team of Vojvodina where he stayed for eight seasons prior to proceeding to the senior team in 2014.

On 17 May 2014, it was announced by Manchester United that the club reached an agreement with Vojvodina for the transfer of Milinković-Savić. Both clubs agreed that the player would stay with Vojvodina for one more season.
Following the season, Vanja failed to earn a work permit to play in England and was released by Manchester United in November 2015.
He then signed a four-and-a-half-year contract with Polish club Lechia Gdańsk on November 26, however, the deal commenced on January 1, 2016.
Vanja joined the Italian club Torino on January 30, 2017.
