Jane Foster is seen battling cancer in Thor: Love and Thunder. She looks for Mjolnir, which is on display in New Asgard as part of a tourist attraction, to find a cure. She becomes The Mighty Thor after bonding with Mjolnir there.

Jane is no longer impacted by cancer as Mighty Thor, but there is a limitation to her powers. Her condition deteriorates each time she transforms back into a human.

She nevertheless joins forces with Thor to prevent Gorr the God Butcher from killing all gods in the universe.
