Deadmau5 revealed that he has depression. In a post, he writes: “Like many other human beings, I’ve been dealing with some depression issues that I don’t need to go into detail with. I’d consider myself far from emotionally stable, though, not unstable enough to know support when I see it.”

Deadmau5 has said that he can see through the mouth of the helmet. At the front bottom of the LED mau5head, there’s a small Camera. The goggles inside of the Mask bring Deadmau5 up close to a small screen which shows exactly what the camera sees.

Deadmau5 is a Canadian electronic music producer and DJ who mainly produces progressive house and electro-house music. In 2007, Deadmau5 founded his own record label, Mau5trap.

Deadmau5’s instrumental version of “Sofi Needs a Ladder” was featured in the film The Hangover Part II. Deadmau5 composed the score for the 2019 action film Polar and released the singles “Satrn”, “Coasted”, and “Fall” the same year.
