Zac Farro said, “one of the main reasons for me rejoining was I just fell in love with the stuff that Hayley and Taylor were writing. It felt like what we were creating had never been so close to what we were listening to and inspired by”.

Zac Farro left the band in mid-December, 2010 after months of thinking. The main reason for leaving was because of how he felt the record company didn’t value him or the other members of Paramore.

Farro at age 14 was a founding member of Paramore, created in Franklin, Tennessee in 2004. The band released three studio albums.
In 2009, the band welcomed Taylor York, a long-time friend of the Farros’ and who was previously played with them as a touring member.
On December 18, 2010, the band’s website announced Farro’s amicable departure. On December 21, 2010, Josh Farro released an official exit statement for himself and his brother, refuting the band’s previous story.
