American professional football player, Boston Scott was reportedly a restricted free agent, however, the Eagles did not tender him. There would have been a move that would have given Scott a salary of $2.433 million and a matching cap hit. Luckily, the Eagles were able to get him back at a cheaper price during the 2022 season.

His current contract is worth $1.75 million with $1.1 million guaranteed. It is possible that it can be worth up to $2.25 million in no time, according to close sources.

“Even before the start of the new league year at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, the Eagles were working toward a new contract with Scott. They didn’t complete in time, but a couple of days later, Scott is back,” reports said.

He joined the Eagles back in 2018 as a rookie when he was snagged off the Saints practice squad. He then began the season on the team’s practice squad in 2019 before working his way up onto the active roster and becoming a major player.
