Rick Stein has never won a Michelin star. Rick Stein is an English celebrity chef, restaurateur, writer and television presenter.

Rick Stein is the father of Jack Stein, Edward Stein and Charles Stein. Rick Stein was brought up alongside three siblings including John Stein, Janey Stein and Henrietta Stein.

Rick Stein also has a half-brother, Jeremy, his mother’s son from her first marriage. Rick Stein is of German descent.

Along with business partner Jill Stein, he has run the Stein hotel and restaurant business in the UK.He has written over 25 cookery books, and a memoir and made over 30 programmes including 12 cookery series.

Rick Stein is the head chef and a co-owner of “Rick Stein at Bannisters” at Mollymook and Port Stephens in Australia, alongside his second wife, Sarah.

Rick Stein’s book English Seafood Cookery won the Glenfiddich Award for Food Book of the Year in 1989.
