Matt Siegel was born on March 27, 1950, in Spring Valley, New York, United States. He began his career as a daytime shift in Oneonta, New York, before moving to KWFM-FM in Tucson, Arizona in 1972.

Matt Siegel has previously worked as a freelance producer and commercial voice-over announcer at Warner Bros. Records. He worked as the midday host at WBCN-FM and has hosted a show called “Five All Night Live” at WCVB-TV (Channel 5). He has been the host of KISS 108’s morning show since January 12, 1981.
