Amanda Owen was previously residing on a remote farm, Ravenseat Farm, in Swaledale in the Yorkshire Dales alongside her ex-husband Clive Owen.

Amanda Owen is an English shepherd, writer, and presenter from Huddersfield who first gained public attention through her Twitter feed as “The Yorkshire Shepherdess”.

Amanda Owen was born on September 1974, in Huddersfield, United Kingdom. She has made an appearance alongside her family on Adrian Edmondson’s 2011 ITV documentary series The Dales (repeated on Together TV in 2021).

Amanda Owen appeared on BBC Radio 4’s The Museum of Curiosity in August 2017 and was the subject of Radio 4’s On Your Farm on 14 July 2019.
