Diana Coupland Early Life

Diana began singing at age 15 and when she moved to London, she became a resident singer at Mecca’s Tottenham Court Road ballroom.

She was lead singer of the 1940s and 1950s, while at the Dorchester Hotel and the Savoy Hotel.

Diana was famous for appearing in the sitcom Bless This House, between 1971 and 1976.

She was born on March 5, 1928 and passed away on November 10, 2006, at age 78.
