Popular actor, Devon Sawa was just 17 years old when he starred in the movie Now and Then. He played the role of Scott Wormer in the comedy-drama film. He co-starred with other top celebrities at that time including Christina Rucci, Rosie O’Donnell, Thora Birch, Melanie Griffith, Gabby Hoffman, Demi Moore, Ashleigh Aston Moore, and Rita Wilson.

The film was directed by Lesli Linka Glatter and written by I. Marlene King. It was produced by Demi Moore and Suzanne Todd.
It was reported that during the filming of the movie, the young female co-stars were fighting over him. A story he came to dispute that it was a little overboard.

“That story of all the Now and Then girls fighting over me was a little blown out of proportion,” he shared.
“Someone had written that me and Christina Ricci had a thing, which wasn’t true. We were all so young and so innocent,” he added.
