Devin Haney Next Fight: Who Is Devin Haney Fighting Next?

On Saturday, June 4, 2022, Devin “The Dream” Haney outclassed George “Ferocious” Kambosos Jr by unanimous decision to become the undisputed lightweight champion of the world.

Haney’s victory means that he takes the World Boxing Association (WBA), World Boxing Council (WBC), World Boxing Organization (WBO) and International Boxing Federation (IBF) titles.

Haney won the bout  in front of packed crowd of 41,129 at Marvel Stadium in Melbourne, Australia.

Matching scores of 116-112 by judges Zoltan Enyedi and Benoit Roussel were far too close, while Pawel Kardyni had it 118-110 for the unbeaten American in ESPN’s-televised main event.

Kambosos put out an underwhelming performance as he was totally outclassed by the undefeated Haney.

As usual, Haney’s sights are definitely set on his next bout.

Who Is Devin Haney Fighting Next?

Who is Devin Haney’s next opponent? Well, there was a rematch clause for the Haney-Kambosos bout which means they’ll run it back once again, and that fight will be in Australia.

Though the details of date and venue will need to be worked out, Haney (28-0, 15 KO’s) will face Kambosos (20-1, 10 KO’s) in the next bout for both men.
