Hannah Mensah, the sister of the renowned YOLO actor Drogba, has opened up about her brother’s health condition. The distressing news emerged on Friday, March 8, revealing that Drogba has been diagnosed with Demyelination, a condition that affects the protective covering around nerve fibers in the brain, optic nerves, and spinal cord. This damage to the myelin sheath can lead to disruptions in nerve impulses, causing various neurological issues.

Actor Jeffrey Nortey was the one who shared this unfortunate news, calling for support and financial aid for John Bredu Peasah, popularly known as Drogba. Subsequently, Hannah Mensah shed light on Drogba’s current state and treatment journey during an interview on Hitz FM on March 11.

Hannah disclosed that Drogba’s health began deteriorating during the last season of the series, affecting his performance.
She mentioned their weekly hospital visits for treatment and the ongoing tests being conducted outside Ghana for a more comprehensive diagnosis.
