Who Is Derrick Hall?
Derrick Hall is the current President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Arizona Diamondbacks of the MLB.
Born on February 17, 1969, in Los Angeles, California, Hall had formerly been the Senior Vice President of the Diamondbacks, before he emerged president in 2006.
He has also served in the Los Angeles Dodgers as Senior Vice President as well as KB Home in the same capacity.

Under his supervision, the Diamondbacks were able to win two National League West Division Championships, one Wild Card, and an NLCS.
Hall sits at the board of more than 25 corporate and charitable organizations, and had been named one of the Most Influential CEOs of his time.
In 2019, he was inducted into the Arizona Sports Hall of Fame for his contribution to baseball as a sport.
Hall holds a 20-year TV rights contract with FOX and sometimes serves as compere during sporting ceremonies, or business events.
