Deontay Wilder, the American boxer, faces allegations of domestic violence from his fiancée, Telli Swift, who has been granted a restraining order against him.

This comes after allegations that he subjected her to abuse on several occasions over the past six years.
Swift, who commenced dating Wilder in 2015, filed for the restraining order in Los Angeles late last week, and a judge approved it on Monday.
The order mandates Wilder to stay at least 100 yards away from Swift and their daughter until June 25, when both parties are scheduled to appear in court.
In her request, Swift has alleged that Wilder choked her “on at least five occasions” since 2018. She also alleges he spat on her multiple times and recounted an incident where she was “almost suffocated” when Wilder pressed her face into a pillow during a prolonged fit of anger.

She also asserts that in mid-April, Wilder unlawfully accessed her laptop and sent distressing messages to both her personal and professional contacts without her consent.
Swift further alleges that Wilder habitually mocked and menaced her, while also expecting her to engage in sexual intercourse with him “three times a day.”
She also recounts that on April 15, despite being in the process of recuperating from a recent invasive surgery, she was ejected from their Atlanta home.
Swift became engaged to the fighter in 2018 and mentions that she has been residing in their Los Angeles-area home since being evicted from Atlanta.
She brought their six-year-old daughter with her, but alleges that Wilder has been monitoring them through the home’s surveillance system.
Swift expressed her fear that Wilder might become violent with her again upon his return to the Los Angeles home from the Zhang bout in Saudi Arabia.
