Dell Raybould was an American politician and Republican member of the Idaho House of Representatives from 2002 to 2018. He died on March 2, 2023.

Dell Raybould announced his retirement in January 2018 and endorsed his granddaughter, Britt Raybould for his seat. Raybound won the republican party with 66.5% of the vote against Chick Helleson, He was unopposed in the general election.

In 2004, Raybould was unopposed for the Republican primary. He won the general election with 13,501 votes against constitutional candidate Anthony Stevens.
Raybould won the 3 days November 7, 2002, general election with 8,000 votes against Democratic nominee Ed Kingdom (who had been appointed following the death of primary winner, Art Hubscher who was still to 0.2 of the vote 23.
