British former professional boxer, David Haye was born to Jane Haye and Deron Haye. There is little to no information about them. However, David once shared on Instagram how both parents assisted and helped him when he developed an interest in sports. He posted a picture of him and his father Deron which was taken in 1981 with a heartfelt message.

This picture was taken in 1981 with my father Deron. Growing up both parents assisted and nurtured my interest in sports and planted the seed and mentality that anything you want in life can be achieved, but one must work for it. I’d see my dad early in the morning going to work, and then straight to the dojo to do martial arts in the evenings. My whole family followed and enjoyed boxing, big fight Lewis, Benn, and Eubank were some of the few legends we used to huddle around the TV to support. I knew then I wanted to do headlining fight nights which captured the Nation’s attention, like those nights I remembered so well…” he posted.
