David Bradley Children: Meet George, Francesca Bradley

Two of their children have ventured into the world of television and film, following in their father’s illustrious footsteps.

The couple’s son, George Bradley, chose a career in architecture, displaying his artistic talents and creative flair. He’s not just confined to blueprints and structures; George also graced the small screen, making appearances on the ITV series “Love Your Home and Garden” alongside the beloved presenter, Alan Titchmarsh.

The Bradleys’ daughter, Francesca Bradley, opted for a career behind the scenes in the entertainment industry, particularly in casting.

Her work took her into the world of high-octane action as she contributed to Michael Bay’s explosive feature, “6 Underground.” While her work might not place her in the limelight, it’s no less pivotal to the success of the films she’s involved in.

However, Francesca’s connection to the silver screen doesn’t end there. She briefly stepped in front of the camera in a somewhat magical twist of fate. Director Chris Columbus extended a special invitation to her, leading to a fleeting appearance in the beloved “Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets.”

In a charming anecdote, David Bradley shared the tale of how he turned into a “pushy parent” for a brief moment. He wanted his daughter to be seen in a particular scene, even if it meant nudging a fellow actor out of the way.

Recalling the incident, David Bradley humorously stated, “I just saw this one boy who was taller than her that just elbowed himself into the frame right in front of my daughter, and I thought, ‘I’ve got to handle this, I can’t have this.’

“So, suddenly, I became this ambitious, pushy parent. I pushed my way through, acting my little socks off, and at the same time just maneuvered this boy out of the way. In the premiere, there she was, her little head just popped up for a second, and I thought ‘job done’.”
