Darren Kent, an actor most remembered for his iconic portrayal in the sweeping television series “Game of Thrones,” went suddenly last week on Friday, August 11, at the age of 39.

According to the American news source People, the late actor had ongoing health issues. The reason for his passing, though, was unknown.

Kent attended the elite Italia Conti in London despite being born and reared in Essex. In 2007, he earned his degree from the top performing arts college. When he was cast in a significant acting part in the horror film “Mirrors,” he had his big break.

In the Emmy-winning HBO series “Game of Thrones,” he played one of the most prominent characters. Kent enthralled the audience in the well-liked TV program by portraying a goatherd in Slavers Bay.
