Snow embarked on his television career just after graduating from university. His inaugural program was a collaboration with his father, Peter, on the BBC’s 60th-anniversary special on the Battles of El Alamein in October 2002. The success of this endeavor laid the foundation for their collaboration on an eight-part documentary series titled “Battlefield Britain,” which earned them a BAFTA Craft Award for special effects in 2004.
Over the years, Snow has presented on numerous state occasions, including the 200th-anniversary celebration of the Battle of Trafalgar, the Beating Retreat 2006, and the 60th anniversary of the end of World War Two. His notable projects also include the presentation of BBC 2’s “20th Century Battlefields” alongside his father, covering significant battles worldwide.
