Rachel is an American writer, producer, and actress.
Born on April 9, 1980 in Tampa, Florida, Rachel is the daughter of Randie Specter, a teacher at Hillel Academy of Tampa, and Steven Carl Specter, a Professor at the University of South Florida College of Medicine.
As an actress, the University of Florida Alum Rachel has starred in several films and TV shows including We Can Be Heroes (2020), Crazy Ex-Girlfriend (2017), Just Go with It (2011), Breakdance Academy (2010), CSI: NY (2009), Entourage (2004–2009), My One and Only (2009), My Long Distance Relationship(2008–2009), The House Bunny (2008), Prom Night (2008), Not Another High School Show (2007), After Midnight: Life Behind Bars (2006), What I Like About You (2005), Gilmore Girls (2005), Days of Our Lives (2003), et al.
She was also known for a series of ads for RGX from Right Guard, Procter & Gamble’s mid-2000s competitor against Axe, along with ads for Jack Link’s Beef Jerky.

After dating for a couple of years, Rachel Specter and Dan Levy walked down the aisle on July 4, 2010, at Walnut Grove, a party space at the Tierra Rejada Ranch in Moorpark, California.
Through their union, the couple share three children; Abe, Romy and Penny.
