Dale Dye is a retired Marine soldier who fought in the Vietnam War and now works as an actor, radio host, and writer.
Born on October 8, 1944, Dye is the brain behind Warriors, Inc., a technological military consultancy company.
In terms of advising services, Dye is an expert in both film and television. He has contributed to movies like Band of Brothers and The Pacific.

Before retiring from the Marine Corps in 1984, Dye earned his first degree in English from the University of Maryland University College.

He served as a combat journalist for the Soldier of Fortune magazine while he was a Marine, giving instructions to soldiers in places like El Salvador and Nicaragua on how to engage in guerrilla warfare.
