Cyrus Mistry Wife: Who is Rohiqa Chagla?

Rohiqa Chagla is the wife of Cyrus Mistry. They got married in 1992 and remained married until his sudden demise.

Rohiqa has been a corporate icon herself and held directorship at some private and public limited companies.

Rohiqa Chala’s father is barrister Iqbal Chagla, and her grandfather was MC Chagla, a jurist and former cabinet minister. Her family had gotten legally involved in the boardroom battle between her husband Mistry and the Tatas.

In 2012, Mistry was appointed Chairman of Tata Sons. His surprise resignation in 2016 sparked a dramatic, years-long litigation and boardroom struggle between two of India’s most illustrious corporate families, the Mistrys and Tatas.

Rohiqa has been by his side for about three decades and has constantly stood by him through one of his most serious boardroom battles with the Tata family.
