Born Geoffrey Rowe on March 8, 1948, the Cornish comedian was best known by his stage name Jethro. He died on December 14 2021 at the age of 73.

He shot to fame after appearing on the Des O’Connor Show in the 1990s and became known for his west country take on life. Jethro also appeared on TV’s Treasure Hunt and Jim Davidson’s Generation Game.

Jethro passed away after suffering from Covid on December 14, 2021. His management said in a statement: “It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the passing of the well-known and popular Cornish comedian Jethro.

What Happened To Jethro?
Tragically Jethro passed away on 14th December 2021 after contracting COVID-19. He died from the complications of the virus. The family has not put out the details of the ordeal he went through before having his last breath.
Jethro left behind his life partner Jennie, sons Jesse and Lanyon, stepdaughter Sarah, daughter-in-law Stacey and of course his much-loved grandchildren.
