Livia Giugggioli is an Italian movie prouder and the ex-wife of English actor Colin Firth.

The former couple got married in 1997. The pair met on the set of the 1996 BBC drama Nostromo.
They had two children together. The family split their time between Chiswick in West London and Umbria, Italy.
After 22 years of marriage, Colin and Livia decided to part ways on December 13, 2019. The exact cause of their split is yet to be revealed.
The couple released a joint statement through their publicists. It read: “They maintain a close friendship and remain united in their love for their children.”

Livia Giuggioli is a native of Rome. She specialises in documentaries. With Colin Firth, she co-founded Nana Productions in 2006, which produced her first film, In Prison My Whole Life, the following year.
Livia and her brother Nicola also co-founded Eco-Age, a marketing firm focusing on sustainability and environmental benefit.
