Cole Sprouse Parents: Meet Melanie Wright and Matthew Sprouse

Cole Sprouse’s parents are Melanie Wright and Matthew Sprouse. Matthew, his father is an American Educator and Television producer.

Matthew Sprouse worked as an English teacher in Italy. Melanie Wright was a language teacher and later became an assistant principal at an elementary school in Long Beach, California.

Melanie Wright also worked as a drama teacher and director. Cole Sprouse’s parents are now retired and living in California.

Cole Mitchell Sprouse was born in Arezzo, Italy on August 4, 1992. Cole Sprouse graduated from New York University in 2015 where he enrolled in the Gallatin School of Individualized Study to pursue the humanities and in particular archaeology.

Cole Sprouse and his brother, Dylan, began acting at the age of eight months. Cole Sprouse is a 13-time nominee and eight-time winner of the Teen Choice Award.

In 2001, Cole Sprouse started appearing in episodes of NBC’s television sitcom Friends, as Ross Geller’s son, Ben.
