American mixed martial artist Cody Gibson (born September 11, 1987) is the reigning Tachi Palace Fights Bantamweight Champion. Cody Gibson formerly participated in the Bantamweight division of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

With a six-fight winning streak under his belt, Gibson was signed by the UFC in February 2014 as a last-minute replacement to face fellow rookie Aljamain Sterling on February 22, 2014, at UFC 170. Gibson was defeated by a score of unanimous decisions.
On June 28, 2014, Gibson replaced an injured Rani Yahya in UFC Fight Night 44 against Johnny Bedford. 38 seconds into the first round, Gibson scored a TKO to end the contest.

On September 27, 2014, Gibson and Manvel Gamburyan squared off at UFC 178. In the second round, Gibson was submitted and the match was over.
