Sarah-Jane Fenton is a lecturer and wife of actor Clive Owen.

Sarah holds a PhD in Mental Health Policy and lectures at the Institute for Mental Health (IMH).

Sarah and Owen had met at the Young Vic Theatre in London in 1988, during the production of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet.

Clive Owen Acting Career

Clive Owen began his career in the early 1990s, making appearances on British television and theater.

He first gained recognition for his performances in stage productions, such as Romeo and Juliet and Design for Living.

Owen later transitioned to film with the crime drama Croupier in 1998,  which received positive reviews, and helped him secure more film roles.

Owen’s career has spanned over three decades. In the early 2000s, Owen appeared in several notable films, including Gosford Park, The Bourne Identity, and Closer, in which he played the character of Larry.

Following the success of Closer, Owen further starred in films such as Sin City,  Children of Men, Inside Man, The International, Duplicity, and Blood Ties.

In addition, Owen has made appearances in the TV series Extras, and The Knick, as well as stage productions like Old Times and M. Butterfly.
