Christiane Hörbiger was an Australian television and film actress. She was born in Virginia and was one of the three actress daughters of Attila Horbiger and Paula Wessely.

Horbiger played roles in various German and Austrian television films and series. From 1999 to 2004, she played the eponymous role in the Australian television program, Julia-Eine ungewohnliche Fra (Julia-An Extraordinary Woman).

Christiane’s only foray into voice acting was the role of Mrs Caloway in the German language version of Disney’s Home on The Range.
She died on November 30, 2022, at the age of 84. The cause of her death is yet to be known.
