Champ Bailey Jr. (born June 22, 1978) is a former National Football League (NFL) cornerback.

He played college football for the Georgia Bulldogs, where he won consensus All-American accolades, before being taken in the first round of the 1999 NFL Draft by the Washington Redskins.
Bailey was transferred to the Denver Broncos in 2004, where he spent 10 seasons before being released in early 2014, following the Broncos’ loss in Super Bowl XLVIII.

Bailey was signed shortly after by the New Orleans Saints, but was released before the start of the regular season. Bailey announced his retirement from the NFL after 15 seasons in October of 2014.
